COMET RF Matching Network 20071327 13.56MHz 5kW Lam Research Match Unit Rev D

This COMET RF matching network was removed from surplus semiconductor manufacturing equipment used in Lam Research plasma processing systems.

The unit is being sold as used. We do not have the equipment required to fully test the unit; however, it appears to be in excellent physical condition with minimal signs of prior use.

RF matching networks are critical components used to optimize RF power transfer in semiconductor plasma processing equipment.
